PRIDE’s overall initiative is to create a safe and inclusive work environment for the LGBTQ family.
Lennox Employees of African Descent (LEAD) is a collection of voluntary network employees serving as a resource to members and organization to promote diversity and foster an inclusive workplace while aligning with LII goals.
